Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our Kendall Village store in Miami, FL. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching associates, and stepping in as manager when needed.

You will collaborate with store leadership to onboard and develop an engaged team, maintain visuals and store operations to brand standards, and use available tools to drive sales and a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
