Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Retail management or relevant management experience.
• Experience motivating and training team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements and Environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities like walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, etc.
• Experience as a team player with enthusiasm and energy.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
