Preferred Qualifications & Education
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient in retail practices and procedures.
- Management experience or relevant management background.
- Experience motivating teams and working collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
- Mentoring and training skills.
- Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
