What You’ll Be Doing

1. Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Help others be their best by infusing coaching moments for selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.
2. Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Bring your best each day, take accountability for your goals, and drive sales with purpose and determination. Every shoe sale counts!
3. Ace Retail Operations: Know your store's ins-and-outs, from pricing to inventory, and enjoy ensuring it runs smoothly. Keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
4. Connect the Dots: Stick to company policies and utilize resources and team support to accomplish tasks effectively.
5. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody behaviors that power our Customer Connection, delivering top-notch customer experiences with attentiveness and style expertise.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient in retail practices.
• Management experience or relevant management background.
• Experience motivating teams and training associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Team-oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks positively.
