As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You stay informed about trends and share that knowledge with the store team and customers, building engaging customer experiences. What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Help others be their best by infusing coaching moments for selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

Essential Functions
