Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Somerset Collection in Troy, MI. You will support in Sales & Operations, ensuring a best-in-class retail experience and seamless omni-channel shopping for customers.

You’ll work with the Store Manager and team to drive aggressive goals, engage customers, and promote the brand across events and promotions while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, bringing out best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical activity: moving, standing for at least two hours; may stoop/kneel/climb ladders.
• Applicants must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals with Store Manager collaboration.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the customer journey.
• Contribute feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Strive to meet/exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Be a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes when required (10–30 lbs).
