You will exceed sales targets through genuine connections with customers and create memorable moments with strong product knowledge. The role requires a 2+ years track record in high-performance sales, strong communication, and the ability to lead and coach a team across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and delivery of results.
• Strong time management and priority setting; ability to delegate.
• Proficient with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; standing for long periods; able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan and fully immerse in brand, culture, and product.
• Provide support to Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Create memorable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team with real-time feedback to drive KPI results.
