Job summary

Pandora at Summit at Fritz Farm is seeking a Sales Lead to embody our brand and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Lead, you will exceed sales goals and coach the sales team to success.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication, and must be flexible with working hours. A robust compensation package inclusive of bonuses is offered, with hourly pay ranging from $14.35 to $17.95 based on experience.

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan. They fully immerse in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to the managers and sales associates, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store.

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
