Job summary

Brixton LLC is seeking a confident Sales Associate in Ontario, California. This part-time, non-exempt role requires 3 days per week, 4-8 hours per shift, including at least one weekend day. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering an exceptional store experience and building loyalty with customers.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, engaging conversations, and a collaborative team environment, with responsibilities spanning service, merchandising, and POS operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, openings and closings, holidays.
• Energetic, positive and passionate about Brixton.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and maintain 100% customer focus.
• Build customer relationships that drive loyalty and brand experience.
• Keep the store inviting with strong product knowledge and merchandising.
• Operate the register accurately and support opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain stock, restock shelves, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Assist customers with recommendations based on needs and style.
