Madison LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to influence the sales floor with your style and passion for the product, guiding customers to personalized looks. You will collaborate with team members to drive business success and contribute to stocking and cleaning for a seamless experience.

You will handle POS transactions, cross-sell products, and stay knowledgeable about offerings. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Math skills.
• Hands‑on experience with POS transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.

Responsibilities
