89th & Madison is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers find their personalized looks and to build genuine connections on the floor. You will collaborate with team members to meet store goals while stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process purchases, and upsell products. The role requires strong English, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 40 pounds and work on ladders or stairs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
