Job summary

Lovesac seeks a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in‑store experience and help customers design products to fit their space and style. You will engage customers using our selling techniques, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide them from initial interest to purchase, while maintaining a high‑energy, customer‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demos and CRM systems.
• Willing to support omni‑channel experience (in‑store, local stores, and remote shifts).
• Willing to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate good judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness with financial transactions and customer data.
• Physical ability to move items up to 75 pounds and perform related store tasks.
