Job summary

Marshalls, a member of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a friendly retail associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store environment in Middleton, WI. You will engage customers, ring sales, support credit and loyalty programs, and follow loss prevention and safety guidelines.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, cross-train across store areas, and adapt to busy periods with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow procedures.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and assist in stock preparation for the floor.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives as needed.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and shrink-reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
