Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking individuals to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with customers, manage transactions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The role supports store operations, safety, and loss-prevention initiatives and may involve cross-training in multiple areas to assist the business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Maintains all store cleanliness, organization, and recovery standards.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
