Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including holiday availability. Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ring up purchases and returns accurately; handle cash and change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.
• Prepare merchandise for the floor according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
