Job summary

Five Below in Ruston, LA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, learn product knowledge, and drive sales on the floor and at checkout.

You will greet customers, propose recommendations, and assist with merchandising while maintaining a well-stocked, inviting store environment. The role requires a flexible schedule and comfort with technology; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and cash registers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
