Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service and engage with customers proactively.
• Cross-sell products and inform customers about promotions and events.
• Learn product features and use company tools to explain specs to customers.
• Process sales transactions using a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and take accountability for tasks.
• Complete paperwork, reports, and reconciliations as required.
