Job summary

Under Armour in North Carolina is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences and driving store sales. You will help keep the store sharp and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, process omni-channel requests, and collaborate with teammates. This part-time role offers flexible hours, eligibility for employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and benefits with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
