Norman's Hallmark is seeking a friendly Part Time Sales Associate for our Center Pointe Plaza location in Warminster, PA. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them choose gifts and keepsakes, contributing to a caring team atmosphere.

You should be able to stand for long periods, learn our register system, and stay energized during peak hours. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and a positive store experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse CARE program into store culture and drive retail sales.
• Ensure customer-first service and build relationships with customers.
• Meet enrollment goals for Crown Rewards program.
• Learn and use register system for smooth checkout experiences.
• Use strong selling skills to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn product knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
