Norman's Hallmark is seeking a friendly Part Time Sales Associate for our Center Pointe Plaza location in Warminster, PA. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them choose gifts and keepsakes, contributing to a caring team atmosphere.

You should be able to stand for long periods, learn our register system, and stay energized during peak hours. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Infuse CARE program into store culture and drive retail sales.

NORMAN'S, the premiere, and fastest growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our location in Center Pointe Plaza,WarminsterPA. Our Sales Associates are key contributors in providing a ‘caring team’ atmosphere for our customers. They are most accessible to the consumer to answer all questions and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor. We expect our Sales Associates to show initiative, be a team player, and exemplify excellence during every aspect of the customer experience.

Sales Leader Key Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you lead by example to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a positive and pleasant point of sale experience for our customers.
• Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
