• Previous retail sales or clienteling experience with strong customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain high productivity.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale/register systems and basic cash handling.
• Ability to perform inventory, shipping/receiving, and back of house duties as needed.
• Professional grooming and adherence to uniform standards, reliable attendance, and flexibility to work retail hours.
