The main duties of Part Time Sales Associates are to greet and assist guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise. This opportunity is at our Barton Creek Square location in Austin, TX.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
2. Enter guest data and other sales data into POS accurately and completely, obtaining proper signatures.
3. Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items when sale is completed.
4. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry (if over 18).
5. Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest owned jewelry.
6. Provide knowledgeable service on product information using in-store tools/training.
7. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
8. Achieve individual Key performance metrics.
9. Assist Store Management in achieving store Key Performance Indicator Metrics and overall store presentation standards.
10. Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
11. Attend all required meetings.
12. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
13. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
