Job summary

Bloedorns is seeking a Sales Associate to support customers in person and over the phone. You will assist with product selection, process orders, prepare invoices, and handle payments while maintaining stock and store cleanliness.

The role requires effective English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work weekends. Training participation and accurate data entry are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Interpret written, oral, diagrams, and schedule-form instructions.
• Operate a computer, calculator, and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, order placements, quote requests, delivery and installation schedules, customer follow-ups, and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Sales Associate must:

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sales Associates will:

• Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
• Occasionally lift/move objects up to 100 pounds, stand, and walk.
• Regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
