Job summary

Bloedorns in Douglas, Wyoming is seeking Yard / Delivery Associates to assist with loading, order verification, and safe transport of products. You will greet customers, stock, restock, and prepare shipments for loading while maintaining yard and fleet appearance.

Required are a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, flexible weekend work, basic math, and clear English communication. Forklift experience is a plus, and adherence to safety procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, background check, and MVR.
• Must pass annual MVR thereafter.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Speak, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Have basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide customer service, and handle customer concerns and issues as they arise.
• Stock, restock, and organize products, materials, and supplies.
• Pull and prepare products, materials, or supplies for loading.
• Load and appropriately secure product, materials, or supplies.
• Verify order details and deliver orders to specified destination.
• Maneuver vehicles safely into loading/unloading positions.
• Operate a forklift and/or non-motorized material handling equipment to load/unload materials.
• Maintain service, inspection, and safety logs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Bloedorns fleet vehicles.
• Maintain a clean yard environment, free of trash, weeds, and obstacles.
• Observe and enforce compliance of Bloedorns programs and procedures.
• Attend and participate in Bloedorns-sponsored training, when required.
• Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

Yard / Delivery Associates:

• Work in outdoor weather conditions and subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, and increased noise, dust, and vibration levels.
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, push, crouch, or kneel.
• Regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, hear, and lift up to 100 pounds.
