In this role, you will develop and consistently display a detailed understanding of our sales process and product line, while meeting the various needs of our customers.

We offer competitive base rates with flexible schedules. Additionally, there is the opportunity to expand your earnings with uncapped commission-based earnings in each pay period.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Build Relationships & Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits. Actively build a strong service atmosphere, catering to customer needs and tastes. Assess and resolve customer questions/concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
2. Store Presentation Support: Perform stock work, visual display, and daily store operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures timely. Help maintain store location and merchandise as needed.
3. Drive & Self-Motivation: Work towards business goals with a focus on self-development and achievement.
4. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
5. Commissioned Sales Earnings: Opportunity to increase earnings with uncapped commissions, with final pay varying based on hourly and commission earnings.
6. Monthly Incentives: Eligible for a monthly bonus if sales and performance goals are met.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• 1-3 years retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience, or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office; able to learn proprietary systems.
• Ability to perform POS functions, including register and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, using proper safety techniques.
• Use step stools/ladders to reach inventory.
• Meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
