You will develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of our sales process and product line, while meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build Relationships & Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: Assist customers by demonstrating products and emphasizing features and benefits. Actively foster a service-oriented environment, catering to customer needs and preferences. Address questions and concerns professionally to ensure a seamless brand experience.
- Store Presentation Support: Perform tasks such as stock management, visual displays, and daily store operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures promptly and help maintain the store and merchandise as needed.
- Drive & Self-Motivation: Consistently work toward business goals with a focus on self-development, personal achievement, and continuous improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
- 1-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience, preferably with a comparable brand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, focused on customer service.
- Proficient in general computer use, Microsoft Office, and capable of learning new systems.
- Experience handling point-of-sale transactions, including register and cash handling.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly, using proper equipment and safety techniques.
- Ability to use step stools or ladders to access inventory.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
