What You'll Be Doing

1. Build Relationships & Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Assist customers by demonstrating products, highlighting features and benefits. Actively foster a service-oriented environment, catering to customer needs and tastes. Address customer questions/concerns professionally to ensure a seamless brand experience.
2. Store Presentation Support: Perform tasks such as stock work, visual displays, and daily store operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures promptly. Maintain store location and merchandise as needed.
3. Drive & Self-Motivation: Consistently work toward business goals, focusing on self-development, personal achievement, and continuous improvement.
4. Other Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as needed to meet business needs.
5. Commissioned Sales Earnings: Opportunity to increase earnings with uncapped commissions, with final pay varying based on hourly wages and commissions.
6. Monthly Incentives: Eligible for bonus if store meets sales and performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• 1-3 years of retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, focused on customer service.
• Proficient in general computer use, Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems.
• Ability to perform point-of-sale functions, including register and cash handling.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, using proper safety techniques.
• Use of step stools and ladders to access inventory.
• Comfort with walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
