The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales associate to work in the showroom with interior designers, homeowners and trade professionals. You will provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting customer relationships.

Position offers an hourly wage of $17 per hour with uncapped commissions and 20-30 hours per week. Ideal candidates are organized, detail oriented and strong communicators who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Job Description

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $17/Hr with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
