Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic associate to join our team. This role focuses on helping customers look and feel their best in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.

As part of the team, you will educate clients on tanning services, sunless options, and skin care, while driving sales and maintaining a clean, welcoming salon. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
