The role focuses on building relationships, driving individual sales, and meeting store revenue goals while keeping the salon clean and organized. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
