Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Midland, TX is seeking an outgoing, helpful team member to represent our brand and assist customers in a vibrant, customer-focused environment. You will provide professional customer service, educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services, and work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a welcoming salon.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Customer Service experience preferred; retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail
