Job summary

The Tile Shop in Saint Peters, Missouri, is seeking a friendly, results-driven Part-time Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend products, build relationships, and meet space and cost goals.

This role emphasizes professional presentation, product knowledge, and the ability to track orders and provide updates. Earn hourly pay with uncapped commissions, based on experience and hours worked.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $15-$17/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
