Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in our Mount Prospect showroom. You will work with designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend products, educate customers on installation, and drive sales.

Expect to meet individual goals while contributing to the team in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes $19 per hour for 20–30 hours weekly, with uncapped commissions potential as you assist clients in selecting tile, stone, and related products.

• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.

• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Other duties as assigned
