Job summary

The Tile Shop in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will help customers meet space, style, and budget requirements, build lasting relationships, and educate on installation and use of products.

This role pays $16 per hour, with 20-30 hours per week and uncapped commissions potential. You’ll present yourself professionally and contribute to team sales goals while learning about tile

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $16/hour with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
