Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven team member for a part-time role in Hillsborough, NJ. The position offers $15.92 per hour base pay plus monthly commission with no cap, and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include selling, upselling, merchandise organization, POS operations, and customer support to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
