ABOUT THE POSITION

With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our associates are essential to our business. They ensure product availability, create visual displays, address customer inquiries, and manage checkout processes. As a Retail Associate, you will represent our company, brands, and products to consumers. You will assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, support product flow into the store, and contribute to store profitability through efficient processes. You will also support the store leadership team in fulfilling our mission.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and efficiently; promote loyalty programs.
• Support store profitability by accurately processing products and transactions.
• Respond to customer questions, understand their needs, and assist with buying decisions, aligning with company values.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, and procedures to support daily operations.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in retail or related fields.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems and other retail software.
• Must be 16 years or older.

JOB CONDITIONS

• Active environment requiring movement and physical activity (e.g., lifting up to 40 lbs.), exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in various locations.
