• Delivering consistent positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Practicing excellent customer service skills
• Upselling when appropriate, including multiple pairs and accessories
• Representing the Clarks brand
• Following policies on loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assisting with store maintenance and merchandising to create an appealing environment
• Contributing to a comfortable work environment for colleagues
• Completing assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
