Responsibilities of a Sales Associate include:

• Consistently achieve positive sales performance
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Upsell products and accessories when appropriate
• Represent the Clarks brand
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create an inviting environment
• Contribute to a positive work environment for colleagues
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
