Lacoste is seeking a Sales Associate for a Macy’s shop, delivering an exceptional in-store experience and representing the brand within the Macy’s environment.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, drive sales with product knowledge, keep the floor organized, handle transactions, stay informed about new products and promotions, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.

This role is based out of a Macy’s shop, providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing our brand within the Macy’s environment.
