Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Camarillo Premium Outlets is seeking a Sales Associate to create authentic connections and guide customers with personalized styling. You’ll keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with the team to deliver a welcoming, omnichannel shopping experience.

The role emphasizes hospitality, flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and proficiency with POS systems to support store priorities and promotions.
