Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven team member to join our retail floor in Ballenger Creek. You will sell, upsell and deliver exceptional customer experiences while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

Responsibilities include merchandising, POS transactions, inventory and daily store operations, handling customer questions, and supporting promotional events to boost sales. Flexible schedule required; bilingual Spanish a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
