Job summary

The Tile Shop in Cincinnati is seeking a part-time showroom sales associate to deliver a World Class buying experience. You will work with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to meet space, style, and budget needs.

Responsibilities include educating customers on product use, reading floor plans, and maintaining showroom presentation. The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career growth.

• Work in Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by various follow up methods.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Ability to read, calculate measurements and read floor plans.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintaining excellence through Showroom presentation (cleanliness, merchandising).
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
