Job summary

D1's K2 Performance Center in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Part Time Head Coach with a meaningful sports background.

The coach will foster a positive, motivating environment for scholastic athletes and adults, delivering coaching, training, and accountability to help clients reach their goals. Responsibilities include adapting movements for individuals, coaching group workouts and teams, and ensuring safety with proper form.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training.
• NCCA-certified certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements for individuals to reduce injury risk and improve performance.
• Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams.
• Deliver education on strength, speed, and nutrition with proper form and safety.
