Qualifikationen

• 1+ year recruiting experience managing open requisitions.
• Experience with social media platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Identify and attract candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen applicants and interview for experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
