Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• English proficiency required (read, write, speak).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for routes with multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for job information and updates.
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training/daily tasks.
• Must meet scheduling needs including weekends/major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations, maintain backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management regarding service or schedules.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Avail for additional days and extended hours during holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
