Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Service Standards of the Hospital.
• Participate in quality control, quality assurance and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in evaluating new products and provide feedback.
• Assist with record keeping and patient charges.
• Ensure replacement or repair of malfunctioning equipment.
• Attend equipment and supply in-services, evaluations and staff meetings.
• Check, set up and verify equipment and supplies used by Anesthesia.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems.
• Practice aseptic techniques per infection-control policies.
• Support administrative decisions and regulatory policies.
