Job summary

Residence Inn Claremont is actively seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the highest cleanliness and guest service standards. You will prepare guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure public areas meet brand quality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work independently or with a team. The role requires physical effort including lifting and standing for extended periods, with a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to Hotel uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.
