Job summary

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women and Infants Services at St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham, IL. The position is part-time, PRN, and on-site, with a pay range of $34.00–$51.00 per hour, aligned to experience.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support patient independence while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• RN license in state of practice is required; multi-state license may be allowed per policy.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care using the nursing process with collaboration from physicians and the team.
• Teach patients and families about condition, medications, and self-care needs.
• Supervise assigned team members and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating caregivers.
