Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Danville community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC). The role focuses on patient care, examinations, and ancillary testing within a VA-aligned team.

You’ll collaborate with PACT members and extended teams, delivering education and follow‑up care to veterans. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, generous time off, and a weekday schedule (3 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent VA contract may allow ADN
• 2-3 years RN experience in primary/ambulatory care preferred
• Unrestricted RN license in required US state
• Current BLS (and ACLS where required) certifications
• Proficiency in English, strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care, examinations and tests
• Perform patient assessment using nursing process
• Triage unscheduled patients requesting care
• Serve as point person within PACT Team
• Support co-managed care with VA and non-VA providers
• Provide patient and family education on self-management and wellness
• Monitor discharge lists and follow-up with patients
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with training requirements
