Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides daily clinical assessment of transplant patients through all care phases.
• Coordinates pre-transplant evaluation and referral processes.
• Assesses post-transplant function and overall health status; determines need for additional interventions.
• Schedules studies or procedures with fiscal responsibility for costs.
• Participates in protocol development and standards of care for transplant patients.
